1. Data we collect
- Account and profile information such as email, username, and profile image.
- Posts, messages, reactions, friendships, groups, and other content or social activity you choose to use.
- Location only after permission is granted and when you use maps, memories, nearby resources, or another location feature.
- Notification settings and delivery tokens when notifications are enabled.
- Usage, performance, crash, and advertising analytics.
- A random app-install identifier and limited device/app details, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, and permission status, for security and abuse prevention.
- Optional feature data you choose to provide through Safety Network, Giving Corner, Ambassador tools, school tools, or spending-habit tools.
The install identifier is not created by combining storage size, device name, screen dimensions, locale, IDFV, or other hardware characteristics.
2. How we use data
- Operate accounts, feeds, messages, maps, memories, games, groups, and support features.
- Personalize the feed and improve app reliability.
- Deliver notifications you request, including friend activity and safety or account updates.
- Detect abuse, enforce account limits, investigate reports, and protect users.
- Show, measure, and limit advertising.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored using services including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Security records may connect an app installation with accounts used on that installation. They are used for account abuse prevention, not to follow you across unrelated apps or websites.
Gesture-based verification is processed on-device and is not retained as a biometric template.
5. Embedded and external services
Posts, maps, school tools, and shared links may open or embed services including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Apple Maps, and Google services. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or WebView information, and interactions with their content under their own policies.
6. Your controls
You can manage camera, photo, microphone, contacts, location, notification, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Inside SuperMoms you can choose post audiences, block or mute people, report content, manage notification choices, and delete your account.
7. Account deletion and retention
You can request deletion from the app's Settings. Most account data is removed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
8. Children's privacy
SuperMoms accounts are not intended for users under 16. Parent-directed child activities are designed for use under a parent's supervision and do not create a separate child account unless the parent intentionally provides information.
9. Updates and contact
Material policy updates may be communicated in the app. Privacy questions can be sent to xSupermom@gmail.com.
