Account Deletion Instructions (In-App)

  1. Sign in to SuperChurch.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Danger Zone.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes SuperChurch profile and membership records. Limited audit metadata may be retained for security/compliance. Deletion affects SuperChurch account data and church membership data tied to this app.

Getting Started

  1. Download SuperChurch from the App Store.
  2. Sign in and choose whether you are joining an existing church or setting up church leadership access.
  3. If leadership invited you, use the invite link so the church and role request are prefilled.
  4. Members can still find and join their church in the app when the church join policy allows it.
  5. If your church uses a linked directory, include the church name and the record that looks wrong when contacting support.
Pastor setup

Finish a church profile from an invite

  1. Open the setup invite from the pastor, admin, or SuperChurch team.
  2. Create or sign in to the pastor portal account shown on the invite.
  3. Confirm the church name at the top before editing anything.
  4. Fill the public profile first: about, contact, address, website, and social links.
  5. Use Live to save the public SuperChurch live link and any YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or RTMP destination details.
  6. Download the iPhone app for member approvals, events, announcements, documents, and day-to-day church work.
Public watch links are safe to share. RTMP server URLs and stream keys are private broadcast credentials and should only be handled by approved church managers.
Safety

Message Safety Actions

  1. Open a thread in Messages.
  2. Long-press a message.
  3. Select Report Message to submit moderation review.
  4. Select Block Sender or Unblock Sender to control contact visibility.
Platform

Service and Privacy Notes

SuperChurch uses Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions) to run account, church, and messaging features. Some sponsored or ad-supported surfaces may use Google Mobile Ads.

When required, iOS permission and consent prompts are shown in-app and platform privacy disclosures are kept aligned with current app behavior.
