XDraft
Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
XDraft is an iPhone app focused on live fantasy draft decision support. This Privacy Policy explains what information XDraft handles, how it is used, and what stays only on the local device.
1. Information XDraft collects or stores
- Account data: email address, email verification state, display name, username, optional phone number, and profile image if you upload one.
- League and draft data: XDraft rooms, membership records, selected league state, imported draft picks, league feed posts, reactions, comments, and related app-generated league records.
- Media you choose to upload: profile avatars, feed photos, and GIFs you post inside league feeds.
- Device and operational data: push token data, crash diagnostics, analytics events, and local device preferences such as selected league and biometric lock preference.
- Member-provided league data: settings, picks, copied text, screenshots, and recordings that you choose to import into an XDraft room.
- Advertising data: XDraft uses Google AdMob interstitial ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, and consent-related signals according to Google’s ad technology policies.
2. Member-provided imports
XDraft reads only the league settings, picks, text, screenshots, and recordings that a member chooses to provide. The app does not sign in to, scrape, read, or collect cookies from another app, website, account, or fantasy platform.
3. How XDraft uses information
- To create and secure your XDraft account.
- To save and display member-provided league context and draft-board imports.
- To build draft recommendations, player profile context, league signals, story chapters, awards, and related league views.
- To deliver media posts, comments, reactions, and other in-app social or league communication features.
- To send notifications, measure product use, fix crashes, and improve reliability.
4. Services and providers in use
XDraft currently uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics. XDraft uses Google AdMob to show full-screen interstitial ads. Player facts and league context are handled according to the app’s bundled catalog and member-provided imports.
5. Ads, ATT, and tracking
XDraft may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before the first production interstitial ad request. If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use the device advertising identifier and related ad interaction data to deliver and measure personalized ads across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you deny tracking, XDraft still shows ads, but AdMob does not receive IDFA access from XDraft.
You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings. You can report ad issues from XDraft Settings → Support → Report an ad, or by emailing support with the ad screenshot and what went wrong.
6. Sharing
Firebase processes account and league data to run XDraft. Google AdMob processes the advertising data described above. Content you import or post is shared with members of the selected room. Public profile visibility can be changed in Settings. Advertising consent controls are available in Settings, and tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings.
7. Biometrics, photos, and notifications
- Face ID / Touch ID: optional local app unlock only.
- Selected media: you can choose profile images, feed photos and GIFs, screenshots or recordings for text import, and images for jersey decals. Screenshot and recording text recognition runs on your device; extracted text and parsed records can be saved to the selected room.
- Player visuals: built-in jerseys use original geometry and neutral XDraft styling, with a jersey number when present in the data. Jersey Studio also supports member-selected colors and decals. Members are responsible for permission to use images they supply.
- Notifications: push token data may be stored so XDraft can send league or account notifications.
- Ads: ad-related data is handled by Google AdMob. XDraft uses Apple’s ATT prompt before IDFA-based personalized advertising.
8. Retention and deletion
XDraft account and league records are kept while your account remains active or until they are no longer needed to run the service. You can delete your account inside XDraft from Settings → Security → Delete account. Deletion clears your public profile, device tokens, personal settings, account profile fields, and Firebase Authentication sign-in. Shared league history may remain for other league members without your personal account details. You may also contact xSupermom@gmail.com from the email tied to the account for help.
9. Children
XDraft is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the app’s behavior changes. The version on this page is the one intended for current App Store submission and review.
