Terms of Use

By using XDraft, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service scope

XDraft provides fantasy draft tools, including private league rooms, member-provided board imports, player views, draft recommendations, league feed features, and related insight surfaces.

2. No guarantee of fantasy outcomes

XDraft is a decision-support product. Rankings, predictions, recommendations, and league narratives are informational only. They are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or profitable in any fantasy context.

3. Third-party services and source limits

XDraft may use third-party infrastructure and licensed or attributed data sources to operate parts of the app. XDraft does not provide third-party account sign-in, cookie capture, scraping, or automatic synchronization. A member is responsible for having the right to provide any imported material.

Built-in player visuals are original 3D jerseys with neutral XDraft styling, without player photos or team logos. Jersey Studio also supports colors and decals that members choose themselves. You must have permission to use any image you supply. Names and marks belong to their respective owners; XDraft does not claim their endorsement.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the credentials and device access used with your XDraft account. Optional biometric unlock protects only the local device session. Keep your device secure and do not share account credentials with other people.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content into feed or profile surfaces.
• Do not impersonate other users or submit false ownership claims for leagues.

6. User content

If you post text, photos, or GIFs inside XDraft, you are responsible for that content and for having the rights needed to post it. XDraft may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect the service or other users.

League feed posts include a report tool for objectionable content. Users can also block abusive users; blocking removes that user's posts from the blocking user's feed and sends a moderation report to XDraft for review.

7. Availability and changes

XDraft may change features, integrations, scoring logic, or interface flows over time. Some features may be limited by your device, current app version, source availability, or account state.

8. Advertising

XDraft shows full-screen interstitial ads through Google AdMob. XDraft may request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission before the first production interstitial ad request so AdMob can serve personalized ads when the user allows it. Ad availability depends on platform approval, app-ads.txt verification, consent requirements, and ad network policy.

9. Termination

XDraft may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or abuse risk for the service.
